At Beehavior Therapy Effects, we teach our youngest learners the foundational skills needed to grow developmentally. This may include decreasing challenging behaviors while also increasing desired replacement behavior. Our therapy team works with families to customize treatment plans and develop goals that will be most appropriate for your child and family.

We work on developing motor skills through fun activities such as molding with play-doh, placing beads on a string, catching and throwing a ball, putting coins into a piggy bank, and many more!
These activities may include matching items, selecting two objects that are the same and different, finding hidden objects, etc,.
We work with your child on every day skills such as toileting, brushing teeth, getting dressing, etc,. Our team will work on breaking these big tasks into small steps to guide your child.
Social skills are so important. We engage in activities that allow us to teach social fundamental skills such sharing, taking turns, exploring and entertaining interests, as well as playing with toys appropriately.
We will work to teach your child how to effectively communicate their wants and needs. This may include vocal imitation, picture exchange communication, AAC devices, ASL, etc,. We also use a naturalistic approach to teach receptive communication such as 1&2-step instructions and retrieving items.
